A hand made dress with pantlettes. Note attached to dress: Colonial Costume -needs hoop underskirt Mother's from Conn. Coll Dartmouth Winter Carnival Weekend 1925 or 1926. Made for her in New London by Mr. Berlin (Irving Berlin's brother who was a tailor)
