This series includes correpondence, outlines, proposals, notes, FOIA requests, comments from readers, drafts, typscripts, proofs of Witness for Nature. This documents the development of the writing of Witness for Nature and includes drafts with notes and annotations from editors. Also included is correspondence between Linda Lear and various colleagues and friends of Rachel Carson.
