Scope and Contents
Includes correspondence, minutes, account books, membership lists, clippings, questionnaires, articles of association, tax records, budgets, and ledgers. These materials document the development of the Society from its founding to the present. Of particular note are the secretary's ledgers which contain the original meeting notes and constitution of the Society. The ledgers' contain annual meeting notes and early field trip reports. Also included are the material for the writing of the centennial history which includes early research on the founding of the society.
