Scope and Contents
This collection documents the response of the Connecticut College community to activities surrounding the Vietnam War. Materials discuss student and faculty reactions, campus activities, and responses from parents, board members, and administrators.
Of interest is documentation of a weeklong strike in May 1970, in which the Connecticut College community joined other college campuses in canceling classes to protest US activities in Vietnam and Cambodia and the killing of four students at Kent State University.
