This contains multiple reports, arguments, and briefs. This includes a report relative to pending legislation affecting the judiciary in the City of New York; an argument on the rights of uninsured owners of ships destroyed by Nashville, Tallahassee, Georgia, and the Shenandoah before reaching Melbourne, to payment out of the Geneva award, as well as an additional statement on the observations in favor of the distribution of the Geneva Award to owners of ships destroyed by the above mentioned, and another additional statement on behalf of claims of uninsured shipowners on the Geneva Award for losses occasioned by exculpated cruisers. Also included are the Brief of observations on the effect of confessed errors in the charge of Justice Boardman, the Brief filed in the Supreme Court of the U.S. case Baltimore Bridge Co. vs. Louisville, Paducah, & Southwestern Railroad Co., and the Brief on behalf of Helen Louisa Phelps Stokes. Additional materials include the Argument on the Constitutionality and Construction of the Riot Act of 1855, as well as an abstract on proposed amendments to the constitution of the State of New York, January, 1910, a booklet on Book-seizures, moieties, and informers -- indefensible, documents on the Charges of fraud in the pension roll, a Special report of committee on the amendment of the law, an annotation upon a statement of facts and a short review of the proposed disposition of the Geneva Award by Richard Lathers, a Resolution related to the revision of the tariff, and a Resolution on mortgage taxation.
