Scope and Contents
This series contains the transcripts of interviews with associates and colleagues of Rachel Carson conducted by Peace River films in the creation of their documentary Rachel Carson's Silent Spring (1993). This includes close friends and family, colleagues and associates consulted in the writing of Silent Spring as well as those who opposed Rachel Carson and her work. Included with some of the transcripts of these interviews are Linds Lear's notes as well as synopsis of the interviews.
