Series VI: Receipts, 1881-1924
This series contains receipts, correspondence, shipping, and customs documents for purchases made by the Croziers. The majority of the receipts are for artworks, furniture, curios, etc. bought during their travels abroad, but they also include purchases of clothing, jewelry, textiles, books, and other items from both abroad and at home. In addition, there is one folder of documents related to work done on their house and garden in Washington, DC.
Invitations, Menus, Itineraries, 1919-1924
The majority of documents are from excursions Viceroy Reading and his wife made to various parts of India, for which the Croziers were invited to accompany them. There are also descriptions of two trips, possibly written by Lady Reading's personal secretary, Yvonne FitzRoy.
