Scope and Contents From the Collection: The following papers provide a snapshot of American public health researcher and social welfare reformer Dr. Alice Hamilton (1869 - 1970). A majority of the collection includes manuscripts and publications produced by Dr. Hamilton during her work as a leading expert in occupational health from 1911- 1942.
