Journal of William H. Potter- local history. There is an alphabetical index at the end. There are 2 hand drawn maps of Mystic, CT c. 1849 that includes the plan for the Mystic bridge and has family names labeled. There is also a hand drawn map of Portersville, CT, which is now known as part of the Groton side of Mystic. Topics vary including world politics, state politics, health issues such as cholera, the people within his community, school, church, and so forth.
